International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) 2025
Expo AV proudly partnered with Constellar Events for ICLR 2025 — the prestigious AI conference’s first Asia edition, held at Singapore EXPO. We delivered full technical production across APEX Hall, plenaries, and breakout spaces, deploying advanced AV systems, 50+ wireless mics, professional-grade mixers, and large-format projection. Our team provided end-to-end technical management to ensure seamless, impactful delivery across all sessions.
D’Marquee 2.0 Launch Party
On 25 March 2025, D’Marquee 2.0 launched in spectacular fashion with immersive showcases, dazzling performances, and vibrant networking. Expo AV, with NTUC Club and Digital Kitchen Studios, delivered a fully immersive experience through HD sound, cinematic lighting, 360° projection mapping, and custom content. The launch celebrated a bold new chapter for the venue, now reimagined to host large-scale events as part of NTUC Club’s UPlay ecosystem.
Yuewen Wonderland 2025
From 26 Jan to 27 Feb 2025, Yuewen Wonderland transformed Marina Bay Sands into a vibrant celebration of Chinese literary IPs. Expo AV supported the event with architectural lighting, enhancing themed installations from titles like The King’s Avatar and Joy of Life. Our lighting brought depth and atmosphere to the immersive pop-up, delighting fans with a magical blend of storytelling, design, and interactivity.
PERE Asia Summit 2025
Held at Grand Hyatt Singapore, PERE Asia Summit 2025 brought together global leaders in private equity real estate. Expo AV and Digital Kitchen Studios partnered with PEI Group to deliver seamless technical production and creative content — from high-quality visuals and sound to branded animations, onsite filming, and post-event marketing. The result was a flawless, high-impact experience onsite and online.
Singapore Art Week 2025 — Opening Reception
On 15 Jan 2025, Expo AV and DK Studios partnered with The Atelier & Co for the Singapore Art Week Opening at National Gallery Singapore. Through 45 animated artworks projection-mapped onto the Rotunda Dome, and interactive installations across the venue, the event celebrated 60 years of local artistry. The result: a stunning fusion of heritage and technology that redefined creative innovation and captivated all in attendance.
Prudential “Flying Start” 2025
Prudential’s Flying Start 2025 launched at APEX Hall, Singapore EXPO with bold vision and innovation. In partnership with Constellar Events and Singapore EXPO, Expo AV delivered an immersive experience powered by high-res LED walls, multi-cam live streaming, crystal-clear audio, and vibrant lighting design. This seamless production set the tone for 2025, combining technical excellence with powerful storytelling and collaboration.
Together, for a Better Singapore — SG Forward Roadshow 2025
As part of the Forward Singapore movement, the Together, for a Better Singapore roadshow at Our Tampines Hub aimed to inform and connect communities on key life topics. Expo AV partnered with PICO to deliver seamless technical production, including 4K digital signage, onsite AV systems, and full production support across venues island-wide — ensuring a smooth, impactful experience throughout this meaningful national campaign.
HSBC Life “Flying Start” 2025
In partnership with NTUC Club and D’Marquee, Expo AV brought HSBC Life’s Flying Start 2025 to life with a dynamic, fully integrated AVL setup. Featuring high-res LED walls, multi-camera live streaming, advanced audio, and intelligent lighting, the event showcased the brand’s bold vision with technical precision. This seamless collaboration delivered a vibrant, immersive experience for both live and virtual audiences.
Amerigo Vespucci and Villaggio Italia — Singapore Visit 2024
The Amerigo Vespucci made its maiden stop in Singapore at Marina Bay Cruise Centre, celebrating Italian heritage and maritime excellence. From 24–28 Oct, Expo AV supported the visit with full technical production for ceremonies and public tours, delivering precise AVL solutions and onsite management despite weather challenges. We were proud to contribute to this historic showcase of culture, tradition, and international friendship.
Red Dot Award Ceremony 2024
On 10 Oct 2024, the Red Dot Award Ceremony was held at Capitol Theatre, celebrating global design excellence. Expo AV proudly served as the official AV partner, delivering flawless visuals, immersive lighting, and crystal-clear audio. From rehearsals to showtime, our team ensured a seamless production worthy of the prestigious occasion, showcasing the power of design through precision and creativity.

Singapore Fintech Festival 2024
Expo AV proudly supported the 9th Singapore FinTech Festival from 6–8 Nov 2024 at Singapore EXPO, marking our sixth year as Technical Production Partner. Organised by MAS, Elevandi, and Constellar, SFF2024 brought global finance and tech leaders together. Our team delivered a seamless AV experience and showcased Fabulux LED displays—flawless, corner-fit visuals that elevated event impact. ​
The 44th International Transport Workers’ Federation Congress
The 44th ITF Congress in 2018 welcomed 2,000+ delegates from 140 countries to Suntec Singapore, setting a global agenda for transport workers. Expo AV and Digital Kitchen Studios delivered full AVL support and immersive content, including panoramic screen visuals and city-wide digital displays. Their seamless collaboration ensured a high-impact, future-focused event—the first ITF Congress ever held in Southeast Asia.
