TECHNICAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Expo AV provides full technical production ownership for events of all scales. This goes far beyond crew scheduling or equipment supply — we design, engineer, and manage the entire technical architecture of each show.
Our scope includes system design, technical scheduling, crew coordination, venue and vendor integration, rehearsals, run-of-show planning, and contingency management. We align audio, display, lighting, broadcast, and staging into one integrated system, ensuring all elements operate together under live show conditions.
Because no two events are the same, every technical plan is customised to suit the venue, programme flow, audience layout, and production requirements. DISPLAY SYSTEMS
We design and deploy LED, projection, and media playback systems that ensure clear, consistent visuals across every sightline and surface. Our display solutions support everything from keynote screens and exhibition walls to immersive environments and architectural projection.
Our scope includes LED walls, large-format projection, media servers, multi-screen routing and switching, synchronised playback, and redundancy planning. Every system is engineered for reliability, ensuring content remains stable throughout rehearsals and live show conditions.

AUDIO SYSTEMS
Expo AV delivers professional audio systems designed for speech intelligibility, coverage consistency, and balanced musical impact across venues of all sizes and acoustic conditions.
Our services include PA system design, wireless microphone coordination, live sound mixing, monitoring, and acoustic planning. We prioritise clarity and even coverage — ensuring every seat hears what it needs to hear, without excessive volume or distortion.
To support this, we deploy professional-grade loudspeaker platforms from Martin Audio and Axiom Pro Audio, selected based on venue scale and programme requirements. Martin Audio systems are ideal for large-format and acoustically challenging environments where precision and speech intelligibility are critical, while Axiom Pro Audio offers flexible, high-performance solutions for corporate and event settings.
LIGHTING SYSTEMS
We provide stage, venue, and architectural lighting designed to support atmosphere, performance, and broadcast requirements. Our lighting systems combine functional illumination with expressive design — always underpinned by precision control and operational reliability.
Our scope includes intelligent and moving lights, architectural washes, show cueing, and bespoke lighting programming tailored to each event. Lighting is designed not just for visual impact, but also to support cameras, screens, and audience sightlines under live conditions.

BROADCAST & MULTICAM PRODUCTION
Expo AV designs and operates broadcast-grade multi-camera and live production workflows within live events, conferences, and hybrid environments.
Our scope includes camera deployment, signal routing, live switching, recording, streaming, and integration with on-stage AV systems. Working in partnership with The Production Initiative as our Broadcast Solutions Partner, we apply professional broadcast standards across every workflow — ensuring stable signals, clean switching, and consistent output.
Powered by Blackmagic Design cameras, production switchers, and professional lenses, our broadcast systems support everything from keynote stages and panel discussions to large-scale multi-camera productions for both in-room and distributed audiences.
VIRTUAL PRODUCTION & BROADCAST STUDIO
Our purpose-built studio provides a controlled, broadcast-ready environment for filming, virtual production, and content creation. It is designed to support modern production workflows that combine green-screen environments, multi-camera capture, real-time graphics, and live switching.
The soundproof studio floor is equipped with 4K broadcast cameras, while the Production Control Room integrates Unreal Engine, camera tracking, and resilient high-speed networking for real-time production and remote collaboration. Supporting facilities include viewing areas, workstations, make-up and changing rooms, and client lounge spaces — enabling efficient production from pre-shoot through delivery.



EVENT TECH SOLUTIONS
Expo AV provides an integrated event technology platform that supports the full event lifecycle — from online registration and ticketing to on-site check-in, badge printing, session tracking, and exhibitor lead capture.
Real-time dashboards, mobile-ready interfaces, and secure payment systems give organisers full visibility and operational control. Because the platform is designed to work alongside Expo AV’s technical production and venue systems, it aligns people, content, and data into one connected workflow — reducing friction and improving the attendee experience.

CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCTION
Through our in-house studio Digital Kitchen Studios (DKS), we produce custom motion graphics, video, animation, and immersive visual content designed specifically for live, hybrid, and broadcast environments.
DKS works closely with Expo AV’s technical teams to ensure all content is optimised for scale, synchronisation, playback, and real-world show conditions. From projection mapping and LED content to broadcast graphics and marketing videos, creative and technical execution are developed as one unified system.
