Singapore Fintech Festival 2025
Singapore EXPO, Singapore | 12 - 14 November 2025
Expo AV supported the 10th edition of the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 with full AVL expertise at the Festival Stage in APEX Hall 1, delivering the technical backbone for three days of high-level keynotes, policy discussions, leadership dialogues, and hybrid conversations. Our team engineered a clear and consistent audio environment, ensuring speech clarity across the hall and stable integration with the broadcast feed. Visually, with the 54 m-wide LED wall at APEX Hall 1, paired with six projected display surfaces, enabling smooth transitions between live feeds, presentations, remote speakers, and event visuals. Lighting design reinforced the tone and structure of each session, maintaining a cohesive on-stage experience throughout the programme. Alongside our partner The Production Initiative (TPI), we also supported multicam broadcast and live-streaming workflows at the Festival Stage to a wide audience. Beyond APEX Hall 1, Expo AV supported one of the booths in Hall 2 with reliable visual display solutions and technical assistance, ensuring a consistent standard of delivery across the wider festival environment.
Red Dot Design Award 2025
Capitol Theatre, Singapore | 15 October 2025
On 15 October 2025, the Red Dot Design Awards once again took centre stage at the iconic Capitol Theatre — and Expo AV was proud to stand behind the technical production for the 19th consecutive year. Our 3m x 3m LED wall has become a fixture on stage, housing the Red Dot logo year after year. What made this edition special was how we extended the experience to the theatre itself: our ACME SAGITTA lit and washed the historic ceiling and interior façade, while our Panasonic PT-RZ120 projector animated the logo across the dome ceiling. With precision lighting programming, every award winner was glamorously lit as they made their walk on the catwalk stage, and our expertise in sound and audio management ensured every track, announcement, and message resonated with clarity and impact, seamlessly tied together by our DJ. With full AVL management, Expo AV once again delivered professionalism, precision, and creativity — celebrating design excellence in a way that felt truly memorable.
Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress 2025

From 9–10 October 2025, Expo AV was proud to provide full AVL support and technical management at Singapore EXPO Hall 1 – APEX for the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress 2025. Our team delivered crystal-clear sound, sharp visuals, and precise lighting to ensure a smooth and impactful experience. This was made possible through our close partnership with Constellar Holdings, and as the official AV partner of Hall 1 – APEX, we are always ready to support their vision with reliable solutions. Together with our production partner The Production Initiative (TPI), who once again provided professional camera work and live streaming, the event was brought to life within the walls of APEX.
UTES-U Care Fund Busary Awards 2025

On 4 October 2025, 31 families and 154 students gathered at D’Marquee, Downtown East for the UTES-U Care Fund Bursary Awards 2025, organised by UTES, SingPost, Singtel, and NetLink Trust. The initiative provides bursaries to support children from kindergarten to university in their education journey. Guest-of-Honour MR NG CHEE MENG, Secretary-General of NTUC and MP for Jalan Kayu SMC, delivered an inspiring speech on resilience and opportunity. The celebration featured a cultural dance performance, a symbolic Ribbon Connection Ceremony, and fun game booths that engaged both adults and children, creating laughter and shared memories. In the spirit of SG60, the event highlighted unity, progress, and community. Supported closely with NTUC Club, Expo AV powered the experience as D’Marquee’s official tech partner with crystal-clear audio, pixel-sharp visuals, ambient lighting, and music that brought every moment to life.
Truly Original Navratri 2025

Expo AV was proud to support the Singapore Gujarati Society (SGS) in celebrating its 70th anniversary with Truly Original Navratri at D’Marquee, Downtown East. In close collaboration with NTUC Club, and as the official tech partner of D’Marquee, we delivered crystal-clear sound, immersive lighting, and dynamic visuals that transformed two nights of Garba and Raas into a spectacular cultural experience. From its humble beginnings in the 1950s to today’s grand festival, SGS Navratri continues to unite generations, honour tradition, and infuse youthful energy. With a special Kids Navratri and countless stories shared, it was clear this is more than an event — it’s a living tradition and a heartbeat of culture.
FutureNet Asia 2025
Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Singapore | 16 - 17 September 2025
On 16–17 Sept at Marina Bay Sands, FutureNet Asia 2025 brought together 600+ senior telecom leaders to explore the future of networks in today’s digital landscape. Keynotes and panels delved into Agentic AI, Open RAN, customer experience, and new operating models, sparking lively debate and insights. For the second year, Expo AV was entrusted to design and deliver a striking wide-screen concept, anchored by 51sqm of Fabulux Spider Series P2.9 LED panels, crystal-clear audio, and dynamic lighting. With our AVL expertise and trusted technical guidance, we ensured every discussion was elevated with clarity and impact, making FutureNet Asia 2025 a stage where the next era of connectivity was debated and defined.
Big Heart 10-niversary Family Fun Day 2025

On 14 September 2025, Big Heart 10-niversary Family Fun Day brought thousands to D’Marquee, Downtown East to celebrate 10 years of Big Heart Student Care, which has supported over 17,000 students since its founding by Mendaki, CDAC, SINDA and the Eurasian Association. Guest of Honour Prime Minister Lawrence Wong officiated the celebrations, announcing plans to expand student care services, while Ministers Indranee Rajah, Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Low Yen Ling and Dinesh Vasu Dash also joined the milestone. New initiatives like PlayQuest, blending STEM, arts and literacy, were introduced to help children thrive in a fast-changing world. Expo AV was honoured to manage the technical production, ensuring seamless sound, lighting and visuals for performances, games and announcements — proud to support a celebration of community and Singapore’s next generation.
GMMTV (TH) FANDAY24 & PEBACA What-A-Concert 2025

Expo AV had the privilege of supporting Cre8 Events & Exhibition (Thailand) and their client GMMTV (Thailand) for two back-to-back shows at D’Marquee @ Downtown East on 6 & 7 September 2025, in partnership with NTUC Club. On 6 Sept, we provided AVL technical support and management for GMMTV FANDAY 24 Singapore, where fans of Sky, Nani, First, Khaotung, Joong, and Dunk enjoyed an unforgettable evening powered by our AVL hardware installed at D’Marquee. On 7 Sept, we extended the same expertise for PEBACA: What a Concert, ensuring seamless sound, lighting, and visuals across the venue. These events add to our growing track record at D’Marquee, alongside SquareRoom, DARTSLIVE Super League Finals, and the Singapore Weightlifting Festival.

D'Marquee @ Downtown East, Singapore | 23 August 2025
On 23 August 2025, SquareRoom transformed D’Marquee at Downtown East into a retro wonderland, reviving the spirit of the 80s and 90s. More than a party, it was a tribute to the legendary Mambo nights, celebrating the music, friendships, and memories that defined a generation. The highlight came mid-show with a synchronised light spectacle by Expo AV—beams of colour erupting in rhythm, bouncing off mirror balls into dazzling constellations that left the crowd in awe. DJs Aldrin Quek and Leonard T kept the dance floor alive, while Expo AV’s partnership with NTUC Club maximised D’Marquee’s pillar-less design through seamless AVL expertise. With Bassis Asia’s cultural storytelling, the night became an unforgettable blend of nostalgia, community, and innovation.
LASELLE Convocation 2025

On 8 August 2025, Expo AV was honoured to once again deliver full AVL and technical production for LASALLE Convocation at Singapore EXPO Hall 1 – APEX, in collaboration with Constellar Events, supported by SingEx and LASALLE College of the Arts. From crystal-clear sound and balanced lighting to seamless visuals and precise cue management, every detail ensured a flawless experience for 692 graduands and their families. Guest of Honour Dr Tan See Leng shared an inspiring address on creativity, adaptability, and the future of work, while the National Anthem — sung on the eve of Singapore’s 60th birthday — added a powerful layer of meaning. More than production, it was about making the technical invisible so the focus stayed on celebrating achievement and inspiring creativity.
A Day in the Life of Our Beloved Muhammad

Expo AV was honoured to deliver full technical support for “A Day in the Life of Our Beloved Muhammad” at Singapore Expo APEX Hall 1 on 2 August 2025. The event, featuring renowned scholar Dr. Omar Suleiman, President of Yaqeen Institute, drew hundreds seeking deeper connection with the Prophet’s daily life—a timeless reflection on faith and purpose. Highlights included a Quran recitation, Dr. Suleiman’s two-part talk blending prophetic wisdom with modern insights, and an interactive Q&A session. Expo AV provided seamless AVL solutions—clear audio, vivid lighting, and dynamic visuals—ensuring every moment resonated with clarity and impact. Cornerstone 30th Anniversary Celebration

The Graces Concert

Expo AV (EAV) and Digital Kitchen Studios (DKS) were proud to support The Graces—a one-night-only operatic concert featuring sopranos Seia Lee and Yuri Park, and tenor Wan Park. Working closely with the event organisers H&B, our team provided end-to-end technical production, including audio mixing, lighting programming, and media server operation, integrating seamlessly with Capitol Theatre’s in-house systems.
DKS crafted bespoke animated content to complement each musical performance, enhancing the storytelling and emotional resonance of the show. Every detail—from rehearsals to showtime—was executed with precision by our dedicated crew and experienced show caller.
A night of grace, artistry, and seamless execution—The Graces was, in every sense, gracefully delivered.

From 26 Jan to 27 Feb 2025, Yuewen Wonderland transformed Marina Bay Sands into a vibrant celebration of Chinese literary IPs. The 44th International Transport Workers’ Federation Congress

The 44th ITF Congress made history as the first held in Southeast Asia, uniting 2,000+ delegates from 140 countries to shape the future of transport work. Guest-of-honour Ng Chee Meng opened the event, which addressed digitisation, worker empowerment, and global policy. Expo AV and Digital Kitchen Studios powered the Congress with end-to-end AVL support and immersive content, including panoramic visuals and city-wide digital displays.
