Expo AV delivered full-spectrum AVL production for the Porsche Cayenne Electric launch at Singapore EXPO Hall 4, working in close collaboration with long-time creative partner Visionnaire. The technical environment was engineered to support a high-stakes automotive reveal - integrating 230 square metres of Fabulux P2.9 LED across distributed vertical columns and a rear screen, Martin Audio WPC line arrays with subwoofers and Torus monitors, ACME Sagitta beam spot and Pulsar beam/wash lighting fixtures, grandMA3 lighting control, and Analog Way Aquilon C+ video processing with Dataton Watchout media playback. The programme culminated in a precision-timed laser-driven reveal sequence, managed by a dedicated show caller to ensure flawless execution.

Outcome: Delivered a technically seamless launch experience where audio, lighting, LED, laser, and video systems converged into a single reveal moment, executed with zero margin for error in front of a live audience of media, dealers, and Porsche stakeholders.

IMBA Theatre, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore | 13 – 16 August 2026

As the official technical partner at IMBA Theatre, Expo AV delivered full AVL production for the inaugural Concours d'Elegance Singapore 2026 - Southeast Asia's premier gathering of rare classic, vintage, and exotic automobiles, and a FIVA Premier Event. Organised in partnership with Hustle & Bustle (H&B), the technical environment spanned two distinct spaces: BlackBox Theatre 1, where the signature immersive concours programme was presented through large-scale projection, curated music, and cinematic storytelling; and the Gallery, a 1,200-square-metre space transformed into a versatile environment supporting networking, exhibition displays, and the official Gala Dinner within a single, cohesive technical footprint.
 

Outcome: Delivered a seamless, multi-functional technical environment across two spaces - supporting immersive cinematic presentation, exhibition lighting for collector automobiles, and full-room address for the Gala Dinner - with invisible transitions between modes throughout the four-day event.
 

Scope: Full technical support at the BlackBox Theatre 1 and full AVL infrastructure set up at the Gallery, including round the clock technical support and stand by across all event days.

Herbalife Extravaganza Qualifier's Party 2026
Singapore EXPO, Singapore | 19 - 21 June 2026

Expo AV was appointed as the AVL technical crew for the Herbalife Extravaganza 2026 Qualifiers' Party at SingEx Hall 2, Singapore EXPO Convention Centre. The event celebrated Herbalife distributors and leaders who achieved their qualification targets across the Asia Pacific region, requiring a complete transformation of the raw convention space into a high-energy celebration environment with concert-grade sound, dynamic lighting, and a seamless live production experience.

Outcome: Delivered a full-scale party experience where every technical element - from Martin Audio coverage across the entire hall to bespoke lighting sequences programmed to the DJ set worked in concert to create an immersive, high-energy atmosphere for thousands of attendees across three nights.

Scope: Full AVL deployment including Martin Audio WPC line array system, FP12 front fills, and ground-stacked subwoofers; ACME Sagitta beam spot and Pulsar beam/wash moving lights; LED spot moving lights and LED tube lights; bespoke lighting programming; DJ monitoring; complete rigging, cabling, and system commissioning; live operation and teardown.

Expo AV and our creative content arm, Digital Kitchen Studios, once again supported PEI Group for the PERE Asia Summit at Grand Hyatt Singapore, delivering integrated technical and creative production for this recurring business conference. The event environment was designed to support keynote presentations, fireside chats, and discussion sessions with clear technical delivery, cohesive on-screen content, and enhanced wayfinding for delegates across the venue.

Outcome: Delivered a polished and well-coordinated summit experience with smooth session delivery, improved attendee navigation, and professionally produced content for post-event engagement.

On 8 August 2025, Expo AV delivered full AVL and technical production for the LASALLE Convocation at Singapore EXPO Hall 1 – APEX. Working in collaboration with Constellar Events, and supported by SingEx and LASALLE College of the Arts, the technical environment was designed to support a formal, programme-driven ceremony for 692 graduands and their families. The event was graced by Tan See Leng as Guest of Honour, with the programme taking place on the eve of Singapore’s 60th birthday.

The 44th International Transport Workers’ Federation Congress

Expo AV and our creative content arm, Digital Kitchen Studios, delivered end-to-end technical and creative production for the 44th ITF Congress, the first edition held in Southeast Asia. The congress brought together over 2,000 delegates from 140 countries to address the future of transport work and was opened by Ng Chee Meng. The technical and visual environment was designed to support high-level policy dialogue while extending the congress identity beyond the venue through prominent digital placements.
